| Orders may be mailed in prepaid or C.O.D. via UPS (add $6 for C.O.D.). New UPS policy states that a $10.00 processing fee will be added to refused orders. No shipping charges on orders of $75.00 or more (lower 48 states only.) Add $10.00 to orders under $75.00 to cover shipping charges. NY Residents add 8.62% sales tax. | |

| UNPACK WITH CARE! These goods were carefully checked when packed. Most claims for shortage arise from the fact articles were left in the boxes or thrown out with packing material. Check contents carefully. If a shipment was received in a damaged condition, be sure to make notation on delivering Shipper's receipt, otherwise claims may be refused. Notify shipper immediately regarding concealed damage or pilferage and hold entire shipment intact for inspection or instruction from shipper's agent. If you need to return any item, we need the following information: Original Invoice Number and date when item was purchased and advise us as to whether you would like credit or replacement. Please be sure to enclose a packing list showing your name, address, and a list of what you are returning. All returns must be sent to us prepaid. WE WILL ACCEPT ALL MERCHANDISE RETURNED TO US, THAT IS IN NEW, RESALABLE CONDITION, SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE. HOWEVER, ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS. SORRY, NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS. | |

| Read your instructions before
using your new product. All WAHL, ANDIS, and OSTER products are warranted
for (1) one year free from defects at time of purchase. Repairs or
replacement free of charge will be made only if item has not been abused
or serviced by anyone other than an authorized service center. The
warranty does not cover normal wear of parts. IF YOUR PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED OR SERVICED: 1) Pack product securely. 2) Include a note describing the defect, original date of purchase, and invoice number 3) Mail prepaid, attention Repair Department, to one of the following locations:
New product found faulty upon receipt: Babylon Grooming Supply, 732 Sunrise Hwy West Babylon, NY 11704 Product found faulty in one year or less: Wahl: Wahl Clipper Corporation, Sterling, IL 61081 Andis & Oster: An authorized service center - Names and addresses supplied with your product at time of purchase. Product found faulty after one year: We will continue to repair and service your products after the warranty period has expired, for a fee. Pack product securely, include a note describing the problem, and send to our shipping address. |
